Utilizing ultra-precision groove processing technology, we have achieved rectangular grooves with a high aspect ratio of 30 times. Additionally, we have realized a wall thickness of 0.015mm separating the grooves.
Our company specializes in the production of precision molds and parts that require high precision quality, including light guide plates, reflectors, diffraction gratings, and spectroscopic components. With processing machines capable of nano-order level control, we can perform ultra-precision cutting processes such as mirror finishing and high aspect ratio groove machining. By utilizing the groove width precision of ±0.001 mm, we believe it can be used without pre-treatment. Additionally, by incorporating slopes and steps on the bottom surface, we expect an increase in flow rate and a reduction in processing time. 2.
